What is a social media audit?

A social media audit is a review that goes through your active channels and shows you what content is performing well and what’s performing less well. Quite often, we speak to in-house marketers or business owners who are posting content on social but aren’t quite sure how it’s performing or serving the wider business. This audit “gets under the bonnet” of each channel, showing you how you’re comparing against industry and platform-specific benchmarks. We’ll also be able to look at competitors in your industry, looking at how they’re currently showing up on social (see the example below) – and working out ways to leapfrog them.
