We often get asked what it’s like to be a Jammer, which is a great question! And it’s also one we love to answer.
There’s a certain Jamminess about us, that’s for sure. We’re a family, and incredibly supportive of one another. There’s no I in team, or even a ME! We’re all in it together and always have each other’s backs. We’re kind and thoughtful, not just to our clients but to our work family and our suppliers and contacts. We believe in the old adage that you attract more bees with honey than you do vinegar.
Jammers are passionate and driven – we go above and beyond to understand our clients and their objectives. It’s important to us to get to know our clients on a personal level, understand what makes them tick and build long-lasting relationships. Because it is this knowledge that allows such amazing work and results. We’re also a creative bunch. We don’t do run of the mill comms – life’s too short for that! We bring a certain panache to every piece of work.
And last but by no means least, we’re a right laugh! Not a day goes by without a good old chortle. We’re at work for a significant proportion of our lives, so we have to make it fun. As they say, love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life!
