From International Resorts to Holiday Parks: Jam Expands Its Travel Roster

We’re thrilled to share two exciting updates from our travel portfolio. First, we’re delighted to welcome Park Holidays to our roster of travel partners. We’re also proud to announce the extension of our partnership with Constance Hotels & Resorts for a third consecutive year. These collaborations highlight how we’re helping brands shape the travel sector with insight-led, social-first campaigns that connect with audiences and showcase the incredible experiences they offer.

Park Holidays: refreshing and elevating social

Social is now a major driver of travel inspiration, with 75% of travellers using platforms for research and ideas. With this in mind, we’re partnering with Park Holidays to strengthen their presence across national and regional channels.

One of the main challenges was elevating hero content that truly reflects the Park Holidays brand. Working closely with their in-house team, we’re building strong foundations for long-term growth. This includes refining messaging, delivering bi-monthly shoots across UK parks, and maintaining an always-on programme combining trend-led formats, search insights, and standout hero content to boost discoverability and engagement.

We also ran a virtual workshop for regional teams, equipping them with practical tools to create authentic, on-brand content at a local level.

Constance Hotels and Resorts: looking ahead to 2026

Alongside Park Holidays, we’re continuing our long-term partnership with Constance Hotels & Resorts for a third year. Over the coming year, we’ll be rolling out a refreshed social strategy to deepen audience engagement and reinforce brand awareness across key international markets.

The strategy is built around defined messaging and content pillars that showcase each resort’s unique character, from restorative experiences and local culture to personalised hospitality, while offering meaningful behind-the-scenes insight. With 79% of people saying UGC strongly influences purchasing decisions*, our strategy puts guest perspectives, behind-the-scenes moments, and the personalities that bring Constance to life front and centre.

Alongside organic storytelling, we’re delivering an enhanced paid social programme, backed by market-specific targeting and ongoing optimisation, while building on Constance’s revitalised blog programme to extend storytelling and deepen audience connection
