We are looking for a motivated and proactive Social Media Manager to join our outstanding team of Jammers in Manchester.
Working closely with the Social Media Director you will be part of a social media team in a fast-paced agency managing national and regional accounts for established brands within the Personal Finance (we’re talking pet insurance and travel insurance), FinTech and Recycling sectors.
You will be responsible for devising and delivering social media strategies for our clients and overseeing the drafting and execution of paid and organic social media content. You will work closely with senior client contacts, platform partners and your account team to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into clients’ brand marketing and paid media efforts.
Working with the Social Media Director you will develop highly creative social media marketing campaigns and demonstrate the ability to think big and implement innovative ideas that generate significant results.Jam’s data-led approach to content optimisation will see you produce monthly reports for clients, and lead the conversation internally to identify and action learnings.

You will demonstrate the ability to understand how social media activities can be integrated and activated through other traditional marketing activities in any given campaign or activity.
As a confident communicator and creative thinker, you will be involved with campaign delivery as well as managing a team of Social Media Execs. The role is varied and demonstrated experience is required across planning social media schedules, implementing paid social activity, pitching to influencers, briefing creatives and videographers, working on new business proposals, as well as monitoring performance and creating meaningful client reports.
