Because we’re looking for someone who understands platforms, spots trends before everyone else and knows how to turn an idea into content people actually want to watch. We’re looking for a Content Manager to join the team at Jam.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply shoots and edits content.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands platforms, audiences, algorithms and performance. Someone who can take an idea from concept to content – and then explain exactly why it worked.
The Role:

You’ll play a key role in shaping content across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning:
🏝️ Luxury Travel
💰 Personal Finance
🏠 Property
…and much more.
Working alongside our Social Media Account Director, you’ll help transform strategy into content that captures attention, drives engagement and delivers results.
One day you might be storyboarding a content shoot for a luxury resort. The next you could be creating a reactive LinkedIn campaign for a financial services client. No two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing content ideas, concepts and campaigns
- Contributing to content calendars and planning
- Writing scripts, captions, hooks and social copy
- Leading and directing content shoots
- Capturing social-first video content
- Editing content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Creating motion graphics and animations
- Monitoring content performance and reporting on results
- Identifying trends, opportunities and reactive content moments
- Advising clients on what content works and why
Most importantly, you’ll help create content that performs – not simply content that exists.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll probably have agency experience and a strong portfolio of social-first content.
You’ll be comfortable with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Figma
- CapCut
You’ll understand:
- Content planning
- Audience behaviour
- Platform trends
- Reporting and analytics
- Motion graphics
- Social copywriting
And you’ll be someone who takes initiative, brings ideas to the table and isn’t afraid to challenge thinking when there’s a better way.
